"Really nice chat with the artist"
I had a really nice experience chatting with the artist. They were easy to talk to, replied quickly, and answered all my questions about the piece. I also appreciated getting the order emails and receipt right away, plus a few updates along the way. It made the whole thing feel a lot more personal

Found a print I liked quick and the site was really easy to get around. Checkout didn’t give me any issues, which was nice, and the order confirmation came through fast too. Just a smooth, simple experience overall tbh...

"Nice print, but the shipping delay was ridiculous"
I ordered a print from Artfinder and it showed up in great shape, which I definitely appreciated. The packaging was sturdy and nothing was bent or damaged. That said, the shipping took longer than I expected, and there were barely any updates for a few days, which felt a bit ridiculous. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but they could definitely be clearer about delivery timing and speed things up a little

"So happy I took a chance on it"
I ordered a small original painting from artfinder it was even better when I unwrapped it at my kitchen table. The colours are richer in person, and there are little details I didn't notice online, which was a nice surprise. It also came with the artist info, so it felt like I was getting something real and not just some random print. The packing was really solid too, no bent corners or anything. I was a bit nervous buying art online, especially because I kept second-guessing the size, but the whole thing felt easy and genuine. I'd definitely buy from there again.

"Fair price, no checkout surprises"
I found a small painting I really liked, and my quick test is always, “Does the price feel reasonable without making me overthink it?” This one passed. It wasn’t wildly marked up like some galleries can be, and the shipping was upfront too, which I really appreciated. No random extra fees at checkout. Happy with the piece and what I paid for it.

"Helpful support, even with a small hiccup"
